Assistant Community Director - Brook Lane Apartments

Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day operations to ensure resident satisfaction and efficient property performance.
* Assist in vendor relations and ensure timely property maintenance.
* Provide data and information for reporting and financial oversight; support leasing and financial goals and performance of the community.
* Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
* Assist in financial management by creating required daily and weekly reports.
* Represent the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
* Operate on-site systems and devices (e.g., security systems, cameras, copiers/printers).
* Maintain compliant resident files onsite in electronic or hardcopy formats.
* Resolve issues in a timely manner with a focus on customer service.
* Support resident events, marketing efforts, and retention initiatives to drive property performance.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of multi-family property management experience required.
* Previous Leasing, Property Manager, or Community Manager experience preferred.
* Customer experience experience is encouraged to apply.
* Experience leading a team with positive motivation, goal setting, and accountability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members, leadership, and residents.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines.
* Commitment to excellence and exemplary customer service.
* Ability to meet targeted revenue goals by exceeding occupancy budgets and monitoring financial performance.
* Ability to manage staff, operations, and financial performance of the community.
* Be a positive representative of EPM to residents, vendors, and employees.
* Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
* Energetic, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
Physical Demands And Work Environment
* Frequently sit, stand, and walk; regularly talk or hear.
* Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
* Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
* Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
* Vision capabilities including close and distant vision; ability to adjust focus.
* Moderate noise level; moderate workplace temperature with outdoor exposure as necessary.
Travel Requirements
* Travel up to 10% of the time.
