Product Quality and Compliance Lead
Jewellery / Accessories | London (Hybrid) | £70–80k + bonus
This is a critical hire for a fast‑growing consumer brand scaling globally.
We’re looking for a senior quality operator to take full ownership of product quality and compliance across jewellery, watches and accessories — building structure where it doesn’t yet fully exist and raising standards as the business grows.
What you’ll do
1. Build and embed a scalable quality & compliance framework
2. Own testing, standards and regulatory compliance (UK, EU, international)
3. Lead supplier quality: onboarding, audits, performance and accountability
4. Translate technical standards into practical, commercial processes
5. Use data to reduce defects, returns and quality risk
6. Partner with Product, Buying and Merch teams to embed quality from day one
What we’re looking for
7. Strong experience in jewellery or closely related categories
8. Proven background in QA / QC / compliance at scale
9. Deep knowledge of materials, testing and regulatory standards
10. Confident managing global suppliers
11. Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable in fast‑moving environments
