We’re recruiting for a Cash Management Technician to join us on a 5 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing daily funding calculations and manual payment inputs with precision
* Investigating and resolving abnormal bank account balances to prevent future issues
* Reconciling payments and receipts, including cheque activity, to maintain financial accuracy
* Responding to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and initiative
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintaining accurate management information and procedure documentation
* Handling queries from banks and colleagues in a timely and effective manner
* Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with banking or cash management processes (desirable but not essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
