Looking for a stable, meaningful role where you can build real relationships? We’re recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join a small, therapeutic children’s home in Grantham. This is a 13-week temp to perm position with full support throughout — ideal for someone who wants to make a long-term impact.
About the Role:
• Support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties in a nurturing, trauma-informed home
• Work a consistent 2 on / 4 off rota that supports wellbeing and routine
• Build positive relationships and contribute to a calm, structured environment
• Help maintain safety, rights, and consistency across the home
• Become part of a close-knit, values-driven team
