The role
In this Technical Support role, you will provide business support across all activities within the zone. Your responsibilities include administration support to District operational, Connections, and HV Faults activities, including time writing and District management reporting KPIs.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage all correspondence and communication within the business.
2. Ensure customer contacts are handled according to relevant processes.
3. Provide administration and management support in all areas of the business.
4. Assist in building the weekly work programme with District staff and Team Leaders.
5. Support the weekly and daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme.
6. Produce and deliver reports and management information within agreed timescales.
7. Liaise with external suppliers and other business areas, print and collate information to generate work packs.
8. Contribute as an effective team member of the District team.
9. Maintain quality standards in all activities.
10. Ensure awareness of and compliance with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
11. Use appropriate safety equipment as required.

* Familiarity with MS Office suite
* Knowledge of AIS, SAP, Cintellate, and ENPaRT scheduling systems
Minimum Criteria
* Experience in project support/co-ordination or similar role
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience with SAP, CCT, and IRIS systems
* Knowledge of Operations, Maintenance, and Construction activities
* GCSE or equivalent qualification
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
