Overview

We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our AXA Partners HR Department in Redhill, UK. This role is responsible for delivering and coordinating the core HR administration service to support the organisation and its employees through the employee lifecycle.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Act as first point of call for all HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
* Resolve, cascade or triage email, portal and other queries to relevant functions within the HR department.
* Contribute to the redesign and transformation of the HR Service.
* Conduct the full new starter process, including contractual paperwork, pre-employment checks, payroll and HR systems (HR Portal, Payroll, other entity systems).
* Coordinate and administer employee change to terms and conditions, off‑boarding process for departing employees, liaise with HR Service team in Mexico for HRIS updates.
* Coordinate equipment orders under the DSE process.
* Produce, monitor and analyse key HR data reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
* Support local payroll teams with payroll administration and changes.
* Embed Global HR systems and processes.
* Follow cost control processes to manage invoices and purchase orders.
* Process, review and maintain company benefits systems.
* Support absence management and provide monthly absence reports.
* Support HR administration projects and process improvements.
* Ensure exemplary employee experience from new starter to leaving, collecting feedback and exit interview data.
* Act as note taker and provide HR support in formal meetings such as absence meetings, disciplinaries, grievances and appeal meetings.
* Advising managers and employees on company policies.
* Assisting the ER team to administer flexible working requests and attendance management issues.
* Support the Internal Communications Team when required on internal communication activities and events.
* Play an active role in promoting and acting as an ambassador for Internal Communication activities.


What You’ll Bring

* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with high volumes of queries.
* Strong ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and professionally with colleagues and management at all levels.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic to intermediate use of all Microsoft Office applications.
* Great customer service.
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet challenging deadlines.
* Adaptable, flexible and resilient, able to deal with dynamic environment.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong team player.
* Continuous display of AXA values.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of employment law principles and GDPR regulation advantageous.
