Subject Leader of Art – Post Overview
We are looking to appoint a talented, well‑qualified and enthusiastic Head of Art from September 2026. The appointed teacher will need to be able to teach Art at KS3, KS4 and KS5. It is essential that you have an excellent rapport with students and are committed to providing the very best learning opportunities for your students.
Responsibilities
* Teach Art at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
* Develop and deliver engaging curriculum content aligned with the school’s ambitious programme.
* Build strong relationships with students, supporting their individual learning needs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching Art to KS3–KS5.
* Enthusiastic, well‑qualified and committed to high‑quality student learning.
Salary
Maritime Pay Scale (MPS).
