Audit Director RI - Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth
- Drive the strategic growth of the audit team.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.

Audit Quality
- Deliver and sign off high-quality audits.
- Maintain a high audit quality rating.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Leadership
- Coach and mentor audit teams to success.
- Build and maintain long-standing client relationships.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Audit Director RI - Experience Required:
- Qualified Responsible Individual (RI) status.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality audits in the listed or larger mid-market space.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
