We are looking for a responsible individual who enjoys working in a friendly and collaborative environment but also is willing to work on their own, to join our Record Management Team on a year's project.
Our new member will assist the team's objectives in providing an effective data management service, by helping to ensure physical documentation is scanned quickly by prepping the documents, and deadlines are met.
We are looking to employ an individual who has obtained grades at GCSE level or above. We are fully committed to diversity and inclusion, and would be happy to offer this role as a job share to allow two individuals to work either set days during the week, or mornings/afternoons.
The hours of work will be between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Role
This role involves both prepping documentation to be ready for scanning and scanning the documentation. The documentation is important and must be well handled.
The documentation is a project for a well known client and the documentation is of a sensitive nature and due to this a DBS Check will have to be undertaken if you are successful.
Quality control checks will take place throughout each project and targets will be set weekly.
The role also involves reporting management information upon request.
Training for the scanning software and reporting will be given as part of employment.
