Job Title: Temporary Accounts Assistant (Part-Time – Afternoons) Location: Heathfield (Office-Based) Start Date: End of May / Early June 2026 Duration: Temporary, with potential to extend until January 2027
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant to join a Finance team on a temporary, part‑time basis. This role will provide essential support within the finance function, focusing primarily on sales invoicing and purchase ledger processing using SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Key Responsibilities
* Producing and processing accurate sales invoices
* Assisting with purchase ledger data entry and maintenance
* Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks
* Ensuring financial records are kept up to date and organised
* Working within SAP Business One (SAP B1) to manage transactions
Working Hours
* Part‑time, afternoons only
* Approx. 11:45 / 12:00 – 16:45, Monday to Friday
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
* Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar accounting systems (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently in an office environment
