What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and develop a high-performing team with energy and vision
* Drive a culture of exceptional service and outdoor expertise
* Manage key operations, including inventory, banking, and compliance
* Ensure visual merchandising and promotional activity are executed to high standards
* Monitor performance metrics and lead strategies to exceed sales targets
What You’ll Bring
* A proven track record in retail management, ideally within outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors
* Passion for the outdoors, running, and helping others discover the right kit
* Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
* A drive for continual improvement for yourself, your store, and your team
