We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants in South Ockendon. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and classroom activities
* Support individual pupils or small groups with their learning
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Help pupils with additional needs to engage and succeed
* Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and motivation
Requirements:
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C / Level 4 or above)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, patient, and supportive attitude
* Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with others
* Ideally registered on the DBS Update Service, or willing to obtain a new DBS check
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience working with children or young people in any setting
* Background in a support or people-facing role
* Familiarity with school or educational environments
