We are a fast-growing UK claims management company looking for an organised, proactive, and professional Affiliate Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the business, acting as the main point of contact for all affiliate and introducer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, previous CRM experience, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to manage affiliate relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the main point of contact for all affiliates and introducers
* Managing the onboarding process for new affiliates
* Maintaining accurate records and databases for all affiliate partners
* Processing and managing affiliate payment runs
* Monitoring affiliate performance and maintaining regular communication
* Assisting with contracts, compliance documents, and onboarding requirements
* Resolving affiliate queries efficiently and professionally
* Producing reports, spreadsheets, and tracking affiliate activity
* Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth affiliate operations
Requirements
* Previous experience in affiliate management, account management, sales support, or administration preferred
* Excellent Excel and spreadsheet management skills
* Previous experience using CRM systems is essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Professional telephone and email manner
* Experience within claims management, financial services, or lead generation is advantageous but not essential
