1. About us


Sourceful is an applied AI company dedicated to empowering consumer brands. We build products that help brands create and scale high-quality, on-brand assets — from packaging through to creative. Our platforms include sourceful.com (packaging and brand asset creation) and riverflow.ai, our AI-native creative platform. This role is focused on our Riverflow platform.


Today, creating great creative is slow, expensive, and hard to scale - especially for smaller brands. Riverflow changes that by combining proprietary image models with product-aware workflows, so brands can generate, edit, and scale content without losing control of product detail or brand consistency.


We’re a small, fast-moving team based in Manchester, backed by Index Ventures, Eka Ventures, Coatue, and others (£25M+ raised). We've already released our own proprietary model (topping global benchmarks), and we’re working with a growing set of brands and agencies who rely on Riverflow to create their core creative.


We’re now at the point where the product is working, users are getting real value, and we’re ready to scale. This role sits right at that inflection point - helping turn early traction into something much bigger.



2. About the role


You would be on the front line of how Riverflow grows: speaking directly with designers, creative and marketing teams, helping them create their first outputs, and turning those experiences into repeat usage, referrals, case studies, and inbound demand.


Alongside this, build your own presence in the design and AI space by sharing insights and content from real user workflows.


Over time, this role can evolve into owning community and helping build the team around it.



3. Key Responsibilities


A. Onboarding, activation and sourcing

* Run a high volume of onboarding and demo calls with designers at CPG brands and agencies.
* Source and book calls (primarily inbound, with some light outbound).
* Prepare each account (products, assets, scenes/styles) and understand their workflow.
* Run structured sessions: walk through core workflows; co-create first “win” assets; capture feedback and pain points.
* Own the first user experience: ensure users get to value quickly; follow up, unblock issues, and drive early usage; convert happy users into testimonials, references, and referrals.


B. Content, Community & Demand

* Build your own presence in the design + AI space: post consistently (multiple times per week) on LinkedIn; share case studies, workflows, and insights from real users.
* Turn usage into content: before/after transformations; short case studies.
* Be present in the community: attend events in Manchester, London and internationally; build relationships with designers and AI-curious marketers


C. GTM Ops & Feedback

* Track the funnel from leads to onboarding to activation.
* Identify patterns: who converts best; common objections and fixes.
* Feed structured feedback to product and help prioritise key improvements.



4. Who You Are


* 0–3 years’ experience in: GTM / SDR / customer success / growth, or Agency / client-facing design or marketing roles.
* Strong communicator who is comfortable running calls and building trust quickly.
* Deeply AI-native: you use core AI tools daily (ChatGPT, AI Design Platforms); and you are exploring more advanced tooling (Coding Agents; Personal Agents)
* Outward-facing and high-energy: you enjoy calls, events, dinners, DMs, and meeting new people.
* Strong bias to create: you’ve posted content before (even at small scale); you’re comfortable posting consistently and developing a point of view.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and doing things that don’t scale.
* You don’t need to be a designer, but you do need taste and enjoy working with creative people.



5. Nice to Have


* Network in UK design / brand / CPG communities (especially Manchester).
* Experience with CPG / e-commerce brands or creative agencies.
* Experience running onboarding, demos, or customer-facing workflows.
