What you’ll be doing:
1. Scope out, hunt, and seal the deal with independent new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
2. Cultivate strong connections with independent players in the local food market using your curiosity for all things foodie.
3. Craft bespoke culinary propositions to help our customers save time and money.
4. Drive growth by hitting profit targets and being rewarded accordingly.
5. Onboard new clients with professionalism and care, ensuring they feel welcomed with support from your Area Sales Manager.
6. Monitor competition and market trends to provide the hottest solutions and insights.
What we are looking for:
Ideally, you’ll come from a similar background to Field Sales, but this isn’t essential.
We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a difference by achieving targets.
Customer focus is key; confidence in field activities is essential.
We offer a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business. Food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
