Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in kitchen design and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop innovative designs, and manage projects from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to determine their kitchen design requirements and preferences.
2. Create detailed kitchen layouts using design Winner.
3. Develop 3D renderings and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
4. Select materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with client specifications and budget.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
6. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Conduct site visits to assess space and provide recommendations for improvements or modifications.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design techniques to enhance your skills and offerings.
Skills and experience:
9. Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is essential.
10. Proficiency in design software is essential although training will be provided on Winner.
11. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate various aspects of the design process effectively.
12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
13. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics to create visually appealing designs.
14. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 37.5 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, you will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
