We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient administrative processes and providing excellent support to our clients. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised workspace • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records • Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and document preparation • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks • Maintain financial records using Xero, ensuring accuracy in all transactions • Organise meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules effectively Experience • Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace • Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not mandatory • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications • Experience in data entry and clerical tasks is highly valued • Some knowledge in Construction industry would be an advantage If you are an enthusiastic individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team while honing your administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Office Administrator.
