Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting each child’s individual needs while providing a high standard of care and education.
* Planning and delivering engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning journey.
* Collaborating with a dynamic team, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
* Conducting risk assessments and reporting health and safety matters to management.
* Supporting the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
Note: Duties may evolve, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework: Desirable
