This role is perfect for an inspiring educator who wants to make a real difference, combining teaching with curriculum leadership to shape the future of our learners. As a Programme Director, You Will Teach, support and assess students across Health and Social Care programmes, ensuring high-quality learning experiences. Design and deliver a distinctive curriculum that meets both student needs and local/regional skills demands. Lead and coordinate the delivery team, ensuring students have up-to-date course information and support throughout their studies. Create engaging programme activities that enhance understanding of objectives, assessments, and awarding body requirements. Develop course materials such as handbooks and resources to provide clarity and structure for learners. Work collaboratively with department leadership to drive outstanding student progress and success. As a Programme Director, You’ll Provide academic leadership and guidance, shaping the future of our Health and Social Care curriculum. Manage the delivery and accreditation of programmes, ensuring courses meet the highest standards. A ll candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Employees can move up the salary scale once you have worked as a Programme Director for our group for one entire academic year, subject to approval. Therefore, internal applicants may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification.
