Front of House Manager
Location: Can be based from any of our GTUK offices outside of London.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

We aim to provide best-in-class office environments designed to support our ways of working and aligned with our sustainable property guidelines. The Property and FM teams are responsible for the firm’s estate and enhancing the experience within these spaces.
We are establishing a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider and seek an experienced individual to deliver exceptional client and staff experiences. This team will ensure colleagues look forward to office visits, have what they need to work effectively, and that our clients and visitors feel valued, leaving a positive impression of Grant Thornton.
Role Overview:
As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, you will:
* Manage the outsourced FoH contract to develop service excellence, set service levels, and promote ESG initiatives.
* Lead and motivate the FoH team to provide outstanding customer service, including hosting client and internal events.
* Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, neighbors, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to deliver a top-tier service. Drive continuous improvements in the office experience.
Candidate Profile:
The minimum requirements include significant experience in contract and office management, effective team management and motivation skills, and willingness to travel across UK offices.
Preferred skills include:
* Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate setting.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness, proactive approach, organizational skills, and collaboration.
* H&S knowledge relevant to office management and understanding of landlord and tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
* An interest in ESG and driving positive change.
