Band 2 Receptionist (CAT 2 Orthoptics)
This is a fixed-term post for 9 months to cover maternity leave, part-time for 26 hours per week.
PLEASE NOTE: The post will include working shifts between 8am and 8pm.
The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, Head and Neck Directorate, is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our Reception teams.
The team is committed to providing our colleagues with a positive experience, assisting them in building fulfilling and rewarding careers.
Responsibilities include welcoming patients into the departments, preparing patient files for clinic appointments, acting as the first point of contact for patients attending clinics, and arranging follow-up appointments before patients leave the department.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be willing to multi-task under challenging and busy conditions.
