Join Our Team - Sales Advisor – Branded Jewellery, Piercing & Welding Studio
Jessop Jewellers is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our branded jewellery store in the Kingdom Shopping Centre, Fife. This role is ideal for someone with a true passion for jewellery and a strong desire to learn, develop and grow within the industry.
Representing Pandora, Swarovski, Nomination and Katie Loxton, alongside our Piercing & Jewellery Welding Studio, you will deliver refined, personalised customer service while continually developing your product and brand knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
In this role, you will be all about great service — helping customers find pieces they love and creating a welcoming, memorable in-store experience. You will support piercing and welding appointments, manage enquiries across in-store, online and social channels, and build strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.
You will play an active role in achieving sales targets, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, handling stock and aftercare queries, and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and security.
We are looking for someone with a passion for fashion jewellery and branded products, strong communication skills, and retail sales experience (jewellery or lifestyle brands preferred). The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, confident working towards sales targets, and thrives both as part of a team and using their own initiative.
