Business Development Manager - Selling products into Home Building Companies
Location: Home-based (UK) with regular travel
Salary: Competitive with car allowance, bonus structure and attractive benefits - OTE £75K+

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re excited to work with innovative technologies and inspired by positive change. Your experience may include:
* Selling into the specification sales sector, especially new build or social housing markets
* A solid understanding of consultative sales and the ability to align product USPs with customer goals
* Confidence using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipelines, reports and orders
* Generating and closing business through targeting, pitching and strong commercial awareness
* Collaborating across teams, contributing to a positive and professional culture
You’ll likely bring:
* At least one year of experience in specification sales
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Passion for sustainable solutions, innovation and long-term client success
