BMSL Group are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our established clients on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have experience of Construction project, ideally fitout projects but other experience will be considered. Projects will be along the M4 Corridor and the South West. Salary: £55k to £65k dependant on experience Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects, with a focus on fitout packages. * Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare material, labour, and subcontractor costings. * Source, negotiate, and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and the wider commercial team to ensure estimates align with project requirements. * Contribute to tender submissions, value engineering, and risk analysis. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, supply chain trends, and construction techniques. * Attend site visits as required.
