About the Role
We are seeking a Workshop Technician to join our busy team. This role is ideal for a Level 3 qualified technician with MOT experience (preferred), who is confident in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles. You will work with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer and industry standards
* Conduct MOT inspections (if qualified)
* Work independently on repairs while meeting workshop deadlines
* Use modern diagnostic equipment and tools to identify faults
* Maintain accurate job cards and service records
* Ensure a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
* Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
About You
* Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (preferred)
* MOT qualification preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle diagnosis and repair
* Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Professional, committed team player with attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
