THE ROLE:
BOA Group is seeking to appoint a Vice Principal, working alongside the wider staff and leaders to provide excellence across the Group. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy with travel to other BOA locations as required.
The Vice Principal will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of BOA Digital Technologies Academy. Reporting directly to the Principal, they will be instrumental in achieving educational excellence through the delivery of a high-quality, evidence-informedcurriculum, outstanding teaching and learning, and the successful development of staff and students alike.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in curriculum design, the development of middle leadership, raising attainment for disadvantaged students, and leveraging digital innovation to support learning. The Vice Principal will ensure that educational technology is deeply and effectively integrated across the academy, enriching every student’s experience and improving outcomes for all.
