We’re partnered with a leading FinTech business who are now looking for a Software Engineer to join their team as they continue to build new products.

This role plays a key role within the engineering function, focusing on building and enhancing scalable applications that support critical business operations. You’ll be contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality technology solutions, working within a collaborative team.
What will you be doing:
* Lead the design and development of modern technology services using best practices
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
* Conduct code reviews and help mentor junior engineers
* Ensure high-quality, performant code through testing and debugging
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
What are they looking for:
* Experience with Java-based APIs and microservices architecture
* Familiarity with SQL databases
* Experience across full-stack technologies
