The role involves:
1. Initially for a period of 3-6 months spend time within several areas of the business to build on product knowledge, this will include time in our fields, factory, product development etc
2. The successful candidate will establish, maintain and continually develop profitable business, in the product area of prepared fresh produce
3. Successful candidate will work effectively and cost consciously within a busy and dynamic sales team
Role requirements:
4. Self-motivation, with the ability to manage own time and workload
5. To be able to communicate at all levels
6. Ability to establish strong working relationships both external and internal
7. Computer literate with a demonstrable knowledge of Word, Excel, e-mail and PowerPoint
Special Requirements:
8. Flexibility to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events
Salary: £35,000
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Office based 3 days, Homebased/Customer Site 2 days
