The Role
We're looking for a passionate and energetic
Trainer
to join our Central England team. You'll work with a wide range of corporate clients to deliver engaging, high-impact training programmes that build confidence, communication, leadership, and performance.
No two weeks are the same. One day you may be in-person with a leadership team, the next you may be facilitating a workshop with frontline managers, or running an interactive programme virtually.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver Dale Carnegie training programmes (both in-person and virtual) to corporate clients across central England.
· Facilitate learning that is interactive, practical, and immediately useful for participants.
· Build relationships with client stakeholders to ensure training meets business needs.
· Support participants in achieving behaviour change that drives measurable performance improvements.
· Continuously develop your own knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of learning delivery.
What We're Looking For
· Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or learning & development.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Confidence to work with groups at all organisational levels.
· Ability to travel across central England (driving licence preferred).
· A positive, professional, and people-focused approach.
Nice to Have
· Familiarity with Dale Carnegie principles and programmes.
Don't worry if you're not a Dale Carnegie expert yet – full training and certification will be provided.
