You'll work closely with our HR Manager and Director of People & Culture, gaining invaluable experience across a wide spectrum of HR functions, including: Payroll Administration Support: Monitoring claims and meticulous payroll checklist completion and maintenance. Essential Record Keeping: Ensuring accuracy of staff records and the Single Central Record. Recruitment Administration: Contributing to all phases of our recruitment process from advertising and shortlisting, through to seamless onboarding and new starter inductions. Probation Management: Maintaining crucial records for new staff. Staff Contractual Changes: Administration of staff changes including: starters, leavers, flexible working requests, mat/pat/adoption/SPL leave, contract variations, and annual pay increases. Absence Management Administration: Assisting the Headteacher with vital absence information and liaising with our Cover Manager. We're looking for someone who: Possesses excellent communication skills and an eagle eye for detail. Thrives under pressure, demonstrating a strong ability to prioritise and multitask.
