Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust’s Complex Health Division is excited to welcome a Band 7 Independent Non-Medical Prescriber to join our dedicated and compassionate ADHD Specialist Nurse Team.

Main duties of the job
You will Assess, Diagnose, and Treat ADHD carrying out initial assessments, titration of medication, monitoring and reviewing treatment plans for children and young people.
As a Non-Medical Prescriber, implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring safety and adherence to NICE guidelines. Carrying out medication clinical appointments.
You will be part of a multiskilled team and work collaboratively with other professionals and disciplines as part of the Neurodevelopmental team and transformation.
You will need to maintain accurate records, with strong IT skills. Uphold professional standards, and contribute to continuous learning, support and supervision.
Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
