Your Role as a Support Worker:
* Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a residential and community setting
* Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
* Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
* Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities
* Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always
Requirements:
* Aged 18 or over
* Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)
* Minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or support setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
