What you’ll be doing:
* Running a full 360 M&E recruitment desk focused on the South West region (contract and permanent).
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients exclusively in the M&E space.
* Sourcing, headhunting, and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Driving your own business development and delivering results in a supportive environment.
What you’ll need:
* Proven 360 recruitment experience exclusively within M&E.
* A strong track record of business development and candidate management.
* Based in or near the South West UK for hybrid working.
* A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach to hitting targets and growing your desk.
