We are now seeking an Waste and Porterage Manager to join our team at HMNP Portsmouth, PO1 4QT What you’ll do: Provide daily oversight and coordination of international catering waste, recycling, garden waste, bulky waste, and commercial waste collection services Ensure the effective and efficient deployment of staff, vehicles, and resources to maintain service continuity and performance. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to minimise service disruptions To provide a high-quality Porter service to stakeholders and visitors, to undertake the movement of, light equipment, marques, in an efficient and safe manner Maintain clean and safe equipment and environment in accordance with the specification What you bring: Previous experience of working in waste and porterage role Effective verbal and written communication Able to work on own initiative within a team environment Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards Category B1, C1 and C2 Driving License What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
