Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour + Discretionary performance related bonus scheme.
Contract Type: Full Time
Type of Employment: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: White Rose Shopping Centre, Dewsbury Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS11 8LU
Essential Requirement: FULL UK MANUAL LICENCE IS REQUIRED
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine cleaning services and support the planned Winter Strategy.
* Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, required work timings, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
* Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
* Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained and in safe working order and that services meet all agreed SLAs.
* Work as part of a team and/or on own initiative as required; build positive and productive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Provide excellent customer service and seek continuous improvement to exceed expectations.

* Essential: FULL UK MANUAL LICENCE IS REQUIRED
