 * Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including file management and client correspondence
 * Oversee diary management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination (in-person and remote)
 * Communicate professionally with clients and external parties
 * Prepare legal bundles using electronic tools and maintain organised document systems
 * Support billing and time recording processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards
 * Collaborate with a wider team to maintain a supportive working environment

 * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
 * Confident written and verbal communication style
 * High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
 * Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous, but not essential
