Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to provide maintenance and repair services across multiple student accommodation sites. This is a mobile role requiring travel between properties, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out multi-skilled maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance (electrical and plumbing essential).
Full UK driving licence (travel required).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Electrical or Plumbing.
Experience in student accommodation or residential maintenance.
