Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Sheffield & Chesterfield
Location: Sheffield & Chesterfield
Pay: £100–£110 per day (PAYE – no umbrella companies)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Do you hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and have a passion for helping young people thrive?
We’re looking for a caring, proactive Level 3 TA to join welcoming schools across Sheffield and Chesterfield. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, building confidence, and creating a calm, engaging classroom environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the class teacher during lessons and small group work
Helping pupils stay focused and confident in their learning
Adapting support to meet individual needs and abilities
Bringing your Level 3 training to life in every lesson
What we’re looking for:
A Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
Experience supporting pupils in a classroom setting
A positive, patient, and reliable approach
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (you’ll be working across schools in Sheffield and Chesterfield)
