Hours: 08.00-16.00 – Mon-Fri – with possible weekend/evening work as/when business requires
Main purpose of the role
:The Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging, effective, and compliant training programs across all operational areas, with a strong emphasis on food safety, health & safety, and operational best practices. This role supports the continuous development of employees and plays a key role in embedding a culture of learning and compliance throughout a 24-hour operational environment
.
Job Responsibilitie
* s:Deliver high-quality training across all shifts, including inductions, compliance, and skills developmen
* t.Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring when require
* d.Lead and champion the company’s training strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulation
* s.Ensure training programmes meet high standards, industry compliance, and customer expectation
* s.Develop and continuously improve training content based on feedback and best practice
* s.Work closely with the Learning and Development Administrator to maintain accurate training records and uphold LMS data integrit
* y.Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and close skill and compliance gaps effectivel
* y.Support audit readiness with thorough training documentation and promote a culture of growth and continuous developmen

Skills and Experien
* ce:Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, health & safety standards (e.g., HACCP, COSHH), and manufacturing best practic
