Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + package
Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager (or experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor ready to step up) to deliver CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects across London.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical works on commercial fit-out projects
* Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
* Ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
* Oversee HVAC, pipework, and building services installations
* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project teams
* Ensure compliance with H&S and project specifications
Requirements
* Mechanical background within building services
* Experience on CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects
* 3-5+ years’ site supervision or management experience
* Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
* SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid preferred)
* Able to manage fast‑paced London projects
