About Us
Learning with Experts is a premium online learning platform for people who want to learn from true experts and put that knowledge to real use. We partner with respected institutions including the V&A, the Mayo Clinic and the NHS to create courses across cooking, gardening, wellness, craft, photography and design.
We are a small, ambitious team based in Oxford, with many of us in London. We work flexibly and hold ourselves to high standards. We care about creativity and quality, and we are serious about performance and growth.
The Role
We are looking for a collaborative and energetic person. A creative + commercially minded digital marketer to join us 3 days per week, with room to grow as the business grows.
You will work directly with our Head of Marketing, who brings senior experience from scaled digital businesses, and take ownership of key channels. This is a hands-on role with visible impact. You will be responsible for delivering work, improving it and seeing the commercial results.
This role suits someone who prefers responsibility over hierarchy and wants to build real experience in a scaling business.
The Work
You will:
* Content & Creative
Create high-quality, on-brand assets across social, email, web and paid, static design, light motion and short-form video using Adobe Suite and/or Canva.
* Channels
Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn. Support and grow affiliate and influencer partnerships through structured seasonal campaigns.
* Email & Revenue
Plan, build and optimise newsletters from copy and layout through to reporting, helping develop email into a consistent revenue channel. Update and optimise our Shopify store to support launches and improve conversion.
* Data & Optimisation
* Use performance data to improve results. Contribute ideas as well as execution across both B2C and B2B marketing.
About You
* You have 3 to 5 years experience in digital marketing, content or growth, ideally across both B2C and B2B.
* You have strong design instincts and can create work that feels premium without overworking it. You are confident producing short-form video as well as static content.
* You are comfortable managing multiple channels independently and understand that marketing must drive results, not just engagement.
* You can interpret Google Analytics and performance data and act on it. You are organised, proactive and motivated by improvement.
* Strong email marketing experience is required. Shopify and Klaviyo experience are advantageous. Affiliate experience is a bonus.
* You are comfortable being measured and taking ownership of outcomes.
