You excel in providing legal advice and handling transactional work and drafting in commercial property, open spaces, community assets, and housing matters. You possess strong advisory skills and play a supportive mentor role to junior team members. Your ability to work independently with minimal supervision is complemented by your adeptness at managing client relations and contributing to team improvements. What the Job Involves This position entails providing legal advice and handling transactional work for commercial properties including Wayleaves, Easements, Leases, Lease renewals, Management Work, and Disposals. You will also work with Open Spaces, community assets, Housing matters (such as Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Acquisition, Lease Extension), and issue First Homes Scheme certifications. You will be drafting legal implications in Committee reports and mentoring junior team members. Office presence at Addlestone is required ideally twice a week, with flexible attendance days discussed with the Interim Deputy Corporate Head of Law and Governance.
