Lead, Influence and Shape Client Strategy at a National Level
This is a senior leadership opportunity to take full ownership of our housebuilder relationships across the business.
As Head of Client Relations, you’ll drive performance, strengthen partnerships, and play a pivotal role in delivering sustained revenue growth.
You will work at Group and Senior Leadership level, leading our national CRM function, ensuring a consistent, commercially focused, and data‑driven approach to client engagement.
This high‑impact role has real visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape how we partner with some of the UK’s leading housebuilders.
Responsibilities
Strategic Client Leadership
* Own the performance, retention, and growth of all housebuilder accounts
* Identify and deliver revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client expansion
* Lead senior engagement with Group, Regional, and Divisional stakeholders
* Represent the business in high‑level negotiations and critical client discussions
* Take a hands‑on role in key and strategic accounts where needed
* Drive adoption of the full product and service offering across all partners
CRM Leadership & Performance
* Lead and develop the national CRM team with clear standards, KPIs, and expectations
* Create a high‑performance, accountable, and results‑driven culture
* Ensure all activity is structured, proactive, and aligned to commercial outcomes
* Manage performance effectively, including addressing underperformance
Commercial & Operational Oversight
* Maintain full oversight of account performance, service delivery, and KPIs
* Produce and present Management Information to senior leadership and clients
* Ensure all activity aligns with budgets, governance, and commercial objectives
* Act as a senior interface between clients and internal teams to protect service standards
Qualifications
You’ll bring experience from a senior client‑facing or commercial leadership role, ideally within property, new build, or residential services, or a closely related sector.
You’ll have a proven track record of building, managing, and growing key client relationships, alongside experience leading high‑performing teams, potentially across multiple locations.
Comfortable operating at executive and board level, you’ll be confident influencing senior stakeholders and representing the business in important discussions.
You’ll also be commercially minded, resilient, and decisive, with strong communication and presentation skills, and confidence using data to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive informed decision‑making.
