Being a Lead Workday HCM Consultant at Kainos

Your responsibilities
In this role you will:
1. Lead process of design and implementation of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
2. Provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business.
3. Oversee system configuration solutions.
4. Manage relationships with our customers, and shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs.
5. Use technical and professional expertise to mentor and guide your team members.
6. Provide leadership and innovation by building and improving specialist knowledge in your capability as well as the broader Workday community.
7. People Management: Your role may or may not involve managing people. Where you do have direct reports your responsibilities may include: setting and reviewing team’s goals and making sure those are met. You will identify training needs to support team’s development, so team members can achieve their career aspirations. You will as review weekly workload forecasts and utilization and get involved into recruitment.
What we are looking for
8. Workday expertise: You were previously exposed to Workday products, worked on medium or large enterprise HRIS implementation projects and has a configuration experience. Encounter diverse HR systems and processes, providing a foundation to comprehend Workday concepts and principles.
9. Great communicator : Proficiency in English and German are a must. You’re a clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.
10. Best practice and delivery: You have good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics. You can plan own workload and meet deadlines. Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail. You’re innovative and come up with improvements in tools and/or processes.
11. Consulting abilities: You have previous consulting/advisory experience working with international customers preferably on several projects simultaneously. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships. You’re eager to deliver presentations, participate in workshops, explain functionality or solutions to customers. Very good customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment.
Desirable requirements
12. Workday Partner Certification: Having Workday Partner/Pro certification would be a great asset. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage candidates having motivation and ability to obtain a certification, to apply.
13. People Management: previous people management experience in a remote and international environment.
