Our client is an award-winning fit-out contractor with an exceptional reputation in their field and a long-standing name within the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Business Development Executive to support and expand the service & warranty side of the business.
This is a varied and proactive role where you’ll play a key part in driving growth while supporting both the sales and customer service functions.
This is a fully office-based role with no hybrid working. Due to the office location, own transport is essential.
Key Duties include:
Proactively contacting existing, lapsed and new customers to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Promoting and selling service & warranty packages
Supporting the Business Development Manager with quotes, appointment coordination and marketing materials
Assisting the Customer Service team during busy periods by handling incoming enquiries, booking Engineers and answering customer queries
Maintaining and updating the CRM system with customer records and sales activity
The ideal candidate:
A proactive, forward-thinking individual with a strong sales background (ideally within an engineering, construction or technical environment)
Confident managing and growing customer accounts through relationship building
Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
Comfortable using MS Office and quick to pick up new CRM systems
Able to balance sales activity with admin and customer support tasks
The Package:
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Starting salary of £35,000pa + uncapped commission
