We are now looking to recruit an additional Maintenance Facilities Operative within our Facilities team based at our s tate-of-the-art-factory in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30. Main responsibilities: Carry out PPMs to set standards and update appropriate records Carry out minor mechanical, electrical (where qualified) and plumbing works Conduct unplanned maintenance tasks as and when requested by management team Inspect and troubleshoot equipment Check functionality of safety systems Adhere to all health, safety and environmental requirements (including risk assessments) About You Desired Skills and Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate experience of preventative maintenance activities Good working knowledge of machine maintenance and operation, and of computerised maintenance management systems Previous experience of mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing works, preferably within a facilities background Qualified to at least NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline IT literate with excellent communication skills Pro-active attitude About The Company At Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
