About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Videographer & Editor to join our growing creative team. You’ll be responsible for both filming and editing video content that ranges from high-end brand shoots to fast-turnaround social content.
This is a full-time role for a Videographer / Video Editor and would suit an individual looking to expand their portfolio and gain fast paced real world experience with seasoned marketing creatives and strategists.
What You’ll Do
* Edit a diverse range of content formats — including event coverage, promotional films, YouTube videos, short-form social media pieces, documentaries, interviews and short films.
* Capture high-quality footage on shoots.
* Balance creativity and attention to detail with content brief & strategic decisions.
* Work efficiently, with the ability to turn around edits quickly in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
* Contribute ideas and creative solutions throughout pre-production, production and post-production.
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrable experience as a video editor and/or videographer, or a strong graduate portfolio in filmmaking, media production or a related field.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Logic Pro is not essential but desirable.
* Creative, energetic and adaptable working efficiently and meets deadlines.
* Understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform.
* Comfortable handling camera, lighting, and audio setups on-set.
* Take ownership of your shoots, managing on-set logistics and maintaining high creative standards.
* Produce both fast-turnaround social edits and narrative-driven long‑form videos.
* Perform colour grading and sound design to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
* Adapt editing style and pacing to different brands, audiences, and platforms.
