A Snapshot of Your Day
As our Paralegal, you will serve as a vital link in our legal operations, providing comprehensive support to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. Your day will involve managing corporate housekeeping activities across our global entities, coordinating document execution processes, and supporting various legal and compliance initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure governance compliance, manage intellectual property matters, and contribute to the smooth operation of the Legal and Compliance Department.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Safeguard the Group's legal interests by providing meticulous corporate housekeeping and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
* Support critical corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through data room management and document coordination
* Oversee the administrative management of the Group's valuable intellectual property portfolio
* Coordinate internal transformation projects led by the Legal and Compliance Department
* Provide administrative support for the Group's insurance portfolio, including claims handling and renewal processes
* Ensure governance compliance for all relevant transactions and coordinate Powers of Attorney issuance
* Support budget management, cost monitoring, and invoice processing for the Legal Department
* Draft essential documents including letters and Powers of Attorney while contributing to internal process development
* Maintain and update legal reporting tools, procedures, and governance policies
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a paralegal in a law firm and/or international company
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications
* Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear documents
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional departments in an international environment
* Fluency in English; a second language (preferably German) is an advantage
* Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and across nationalities

* Excellent writing and synthesis skills to create clear, concise documentation
