General administrative support
Diary Management, emails, calls
Scheduling meetings and maintaining records
Maintain budget monitoring systems and dealing with orders
Supporting day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous admin experience with high level of responsibility
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Friendly, professional, and proactive approach
Experience of using ordering and purchasing systems
