Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
The Premier Financial Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Premier Clients. This is a telephony-based role which will require remote client engagement from the Sheffield office. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, growing customer portfolios, and securing new business. The Premier Financial Consultants are tasked with proactive client contact, identifying wealth needs, referring to appropriate specialists, and growing new client opportunities.

In this role, you will:
1. Ensure world-class client service and performance while serving as the primary point of contact for personal banking and wealth needs for your portfolio of clients.
2. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase the value of existing client portfolios, proactively identifying wealth needs and services to maximize satisfaction, retention, and business performance.
4. Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Wealth Managers, Branch, Mortgage, and Commercial Banking colleagues.
5. Encourage personal development and continuous improvement among team members.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Experience working in relevant environments such as retail banking, relationship management, or front office roles.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service while seeking innovative ways to improve.
3. Remote Relationship Management experience.
4. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, including consumer duty.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
This is a hybrid working role with the base location as Sheffield. Candidates must be able to commute to this location.
Working Pattern: core hours Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, with Saturdays 9am-5pm, on a rotating shift pattern.
